Physical fitness, axiomatically and unequivocally, plays a pivotal role in making the student physically agile, mentally alert, attitudinally positive, habitually receptive& naturally carious. We are keeping on apprising the students on a regular basis as to what is the significance of all that and how indispensable all this is in order to make you people the nutrients give you nutrition, detoxification through perspiration, physical & mental strength.

However, in a nutshell, we make our students take up the schedule as undernoted asa part of daily routine, not to relax them and also to make them habituated, used to, for all that.

1-Morning Assembly
  •   a-Warm up exercises
  •   b-Activities on fitness & nutrition
  •   c-Free hands, neck rotation, jumps & jog on the spot, knee bending, regular PTS.
  •   d-We make them practice meditation, concentration, presentness of mind etc.
  •   e-On specific occasion & in music classes dance aerobics , Yoga, martial arts, gardening etc.
  •   f-On specific occasion & in music classes dance aerobics , Yoga, martial arts, gardening etc.
  •   g-Regular appraisal sessions.
